7-11 on Cranberry Highway robbed at knifepoint
The 7-11 on Cranberry Highway was allegedly robbed at knifepoint early Friday morning, according to the Wareham Police Department.
Police said the man allegedly took an undetermined amount of cash from the drawer, during the robbery at 2:30 a.m., before leaving the store in the direction of Red Brook Road. The clerk was unharmed.
The suspect is described as being a thin white male between 5’7” and 5’9”. At the time of the alleged robbery, police said he was described as wearing a black hooded top, blue jeans, and white sneakers. Police said his face was covered, and he wore purple or dark blue gloves.
Police, including a K9 unit, searched the area, but did not find the suspect.
