The Paperback Comedians Celebrates One-Year Anniversary

Aug 16, 2016

On Tuesday, September 6th at 8 p.m. The Paperback Comedians will perform on stage at 3065 Cranberry Highway to celebrate its one-year anniversary.

Comedian Steve Gould will be making his final appearance at 3065Live. He will be moving to Los Angeles.

Gould will be remembered for his "Gettin Up" podcast, where he interviewed national headlining comedians and was the regular host on the "Land Ho" Comedy show in Harwich.

Gould has been a staple in the Boston Comedy Scene for the last few years and has headlined all over New England.

Also appearing will be Brian Glowacki as host of the event. Newly returned to the East Coast, the Nantucket native performed at the world famous Comedy Store in Los Angeles. Billing himself as a stand-up comedian from the mean streets of Nantucket, Glowacki claims that growing up on a sandbar in the middle of the ocean has given him a unique perspective on the world around him. He has appeared at Laugh Boston, The Comedy Scene, Comix and Nicks Comedy Stop among others.

Featured on the 6th will be New Englanders Reece Cotton, Arty P, Jon Tilson, AJ Hapenny, Trevor Dion, Ed Waugh and Pete Andrews, all of whom are familiar faces on the East Coast’s comedy circuit.

Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and showtime is at 8 p.m. Beer and wine will be served that night. Ages 18 and older are welcome; 21 and older for drinks. Tickets are $10 at the door, $8 online in advance at http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/2592970.
