Author Colleen O'Keefe will be signing her book "A Chair for Mum," at Cape Clogs on 215 Onset Avenue starting at 10 a.m.

In "A Chair for Mum," O'Keefe reveals through personal experiences, the stronger resilience of some people compared to others. The book exposes the author's personal journey - battling alcoholism with humility and grace.

Throughout the book, readers will sense her personal motto: "Just because the road has been bumpy, doesn't mean I haven't enjoyed the view."

O'Keefe was born north of Boston and is the founder of Addicts Helping Addicts Start Over to alleviate some of the pain and suffering that addicts and alcoholics face while in recovery.
