Edward F. Fahey of West Wareham, MA passed away Sept. 27 after a long illness while living with his son in New Jersey.

He was a World War Two veteran who served in the Navy aboard the U.S.S. Missouri at the time of peace signing agreement.

He is survived by his son Edward T. Fahey of Manorville, New Jersey and his brother Dennis J. Fahey of West Wareham.

He was predeceased by two sisters and three brothers: Doris Moore, Blanch Fahey, Donald Fahey, Richard Fahey, and Norman Fahey.

There will be a graveside military service with full honors in the National Veterans Cemetery in Pennsmill, New Jersey on Friday, Oct. 7 at 1 p.m.
