Jennifer Urquhart, 55, of Fall River, formerly of Wareham, passed away on Wednesday Sept. 21, after a long illness at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington with her family at her side. She was born in Duluth, Minnesota. The daughter of the late Preston Urquhart and Karen (White) Ellis. She was the step daughter of William “Bill” Ellis of West Wareham.

She attended Wareham Public Schools and graduated from Wareham High School Class of 1979. She loved her family and friends and was an exceptionally proud mother and grandmother. She was an avid New England sports fan and faithful Red Sox fan. She also loved reading, laughing and her volunteer work at the Fall River Food Pantry.

She is survived by her children: Nicci Arone of California, Elizabeth Arone of West Wareham, Katherine Hurd of Marion and Brian Hurd of Carver. She was the sister of Preston Urquhart of Mattapoisett and David Urquhart of Florida. She was the grandmother of Pharaoh Arone of West Wareham and she was also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
