Vikings clinch spot in playoffs with win over New Bedford, 24-0

Friday night's game against the Greater New Bedford Bears was a shutout for the Wareham Vikings, who secured a spot in the post-season playoffs with a 24-0 victory.
"This is the first time being playoffs; first time since I've been in high school," said captain Jordan Phillips.
Isaac Nascimento scored all four touchdowns for the team, two of which happened during the first quarter.
The game was played at the Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational Technical High School on Oct. 14.
The next game will be played at home against Case at 7 p.m. on Oct. 21 and it is the last regular season game. The team is now 4-2 in the season.
