REBUILD LOPES PLAYGROUND FUNDRAISER
Look for Wareham CORE (Community Outdoor Recreation) at the corner of Union and Onset Avenue on Saturday, July 1 for our next fundraiser.
What better day to kick off our newest fundraiser than on Fireworks Day! The Onset Bay Association has planned a fantastic day leading up to the Fireworks. Blessing of the Fleet, doll and bike parades, a block party, and plenty of music.
Wareham CORE will be selling scenes of beautiful Onset in 8 x 10 and 5 x 7 matted photos. We will also have boxed notecards along with single 4 x 6 notecards for sale. The prices are right and the cause is good!
Thanks to our generous photographer Joe Leggett we bring you these wonderful works of art to keep or to give as gifts.
And coming soon---the new Lopes Field Playground will have a picket fence around it---500 to be exact! We will soon be selling pickets that can be engraved with your name, your children, grandchildren, etc.
