Wareham resident Kevin Costa has joined Conway on the Bay as the company’s newest realtor. He is a former pest control inspector and founder and president of a building and remodeling company.

“I have a pretty good knowledge of the structure and integrity of buildings,” said Costa, who lives in town with his wife Linda. “And I will be more than happy to share that knowledge with my home buyers and sellers.”

Costa, a Fairhaven native, is a past supervisor of MA Construction, a former president of the BSA Explorers Post, a career program for youths, and a member of the Unitarian Memorial Church in Fairhaven.

Costa said he chose to join Conway after taking the company’s state licensing course, saying he was impressed with the professionalism of the staff and instructors.

“I have always felt rewarded by helping folks experience the joy of homeownership, whether I’ve built the house, remodeled it, or sold it to them,” he said. “As a Conway agent, I can be counted on to be clients’ advisor, negotiator, and trusted professional.”
