Joan M. (Barraco) Rodriguez, 91, formerly of Wareham, died Jan. 6 in the Life Care Center, North Billerica. She was the widow of the late Andrew E. Rodriguez and the daughter of the late Angelo and Antonetta (Rubino) Barraco.

She was born in Boston and lived in Somerville and Wareham for many years.

Mrs. Rodriguez was a communicant of St. Patrick’s Church. She enjoyed cooking, family gatherings and time with friends.

Survivors include her children, Andrew C. Rodriguez and his wife, Donna of Rochester, Joan D. Lloyd and her husband Robert of Naples, Florida, Frances DeSantis and her husband, Cosmo of Bedford, and Angelo Rodriguez and his wife, Anita of Middleboro; her sister, Frances Mangano of Holbrook; 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren. She was the grandmother of the late Deborah DeSantis and sister of the late Marie Bertolino.

Visiting hours are from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Highway, Wareham.

Her funeral will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 12 from the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Patrick’s Church, 82, High St., Wareham. Burial will be in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
