An single vehicle crash in the northbound lane of I-495 in Wareham Saturday ended with a pickup truck on its roof and the driver taken to Tobey Hospital for treatment.

Massachusetts State Police say the crash occurred around 11:40 a.m. and for reasons unknown the driver, a 58-year-old Raynham man, lost control of the truck.

The driver, who is not being identified, was taken to Tobey Hospital for treatment. Troopers from the Bourne barracks responded, assisted by Wareham EMS, MassDOT and the Wareham Fire Department.

Police say the travel lane was closed for approximately 40 minutes to clean up the scene.
