On Monday Feb. 26th, Middle School students will be presenting to the community about various topics. This year’s theme is inspired from our trip to the 9/11 Memorial Museum in New York City.  During our visit we were inspired by the museum’s message which was that out of the ashes of something tragic, beautiful things can be created.  In that spirit, our overall focus for our talks this year is spreading kindness and making the world a better place. From "Confronting Stereotypes," and "Kindness in Video Games," to "Special Olympics," and "Recycling in the Field of Construction," our students have thoughfully researched and crafted speeches that invite their audiences to explore their ideas and points of view.
