Peter T. Iannuzzo, 94, of Wareham, died April 18 at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River. He was the husband of the late Angela F. (Ravesi) Iannuzzo.

Born in Waltham, he was the son of the late Rosario and Concetta (Galluzzo) Iannuzzo. A longtime summer resident, he moved to Wareham year-round in 1986. Mr. Iannuzzo was a carpenter and worked for J.F. White Construction and Fuller Construction.

Mr. Iannuzzo was a World War II veteran serving in the U.S. Army from 1943 to 1946.

In his retirement, he converted his garage into a workshop and enjoyed making cabinets and remodeling projects for his family. He also enjoyed gardening and was most proud of his tomato plants.

Survivors include his children, Linda Riley of Wareham, Peter T. Iannuzzo, Jr. and his wife Joan Craney of Long Valley, New Jersey, Paul A. Iannuzzo of Wareham, Mary Murphy and her husband James of Wareham, and John W. Iannuzzo and his girlfriend Kathleen Clancy of Wareham; his grandchildren, Stephani Ricci of Wareham, Jill Iannuzzo of Long Valley, New Jersey, Paul A. Iannuzzo, Jr. of Orleans, David Iannuzzo and Gina A. Iannuzzo both of Manchester, New Hampshir, Victor Murphy and Travis Murphy both of Wareham, Alicia Marie Roberts of Florida, and Damien Porter of Ossipee, New Hampshire. Also surviving are nine great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his siblings, the late Carmela Conners, Mary Bomba, Joseph Iannuzzo, Alphonse Iannuzzo, and Dora Campobasso.

His funeral service will be held on Monday, April 23, at the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Highway (Rt. 28), Wareham at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. Visiting hours will be Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m.
