Paul W. Heleen, 92, of Wareham, husband of the late Doris M. (Chapman) Heleen, passed away at home on April 20. Mr. Heleen was the son of the late William and Nancy (Beckman) Heleen.

Mr. Heleen was born in Wareham and graduated from Quincy High School. An Army Air Corp, World War II, veteran and a painter for Cape Cod Ship Builders. He enjoyed gardening, woodworking and his cats Harry and Felix.

He is survived by his son’s: Jeffrey Heleen of New Hampshire, William Heleen and his wife Elaine of New Hampshire and Peter Heleen and his wife Lisa of West Wareham. He was the grandfather of Paul H. Heleen of Georgia and brother of Elvy Knutti of South Boston and the late Ruth Stafford. He was also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
