Police: 2 Wareham men attacked, robbed victim on Depot Street

Two Wareham men have been charged with assault and unarmed robbery after allegedly attacking and robbing a man on Depot Street on May 18.

Police said Ronald Pena, 30, and Dominque Bell, 21, jumped a man at approximately 3:30 a.m. The man was thrown to the ground, kicked and had his wallet stolen. Police found the man bleeding from the face.

After a search, police found Pena and Bell on Glen Charlie Road. Both men were arrested and taken to the Wareham Police Department.

The victim was treated and released from Tobey Hospital. Police recovered the money stolen by the suspects.
