Wareham Police arrested three people recently on outstanding warrants.

On Friday, June 29, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Officer Jennifer Braley arrested Esequiel Nieves, 48, of Wareham, at Walmart. Neves had three warrants for his arrest. About 45 minutes later, Edwin Benitez-Figueroa, 35, of Wareham, was arrested by Officer Christopher Smith in the area of 367 Main St. Mr. Benitez –Figueroa, had eight warrants for his arrest.

On Sunday, July 1, at approximately 9:45 p.m., Sherry Schifino, 57, of Onset, was arrested by Officer Joseph Cardoza. Schifino had two warrants for her arrest and was placed in custody in the area of 157 Onset Ave.
