A woman was transported by MedFlight to Mass General Hospital Thursday, July 19 after reportedly falling off a dam and into the water at Blackmore Pond.

Wareham Fire Department responded to the call around 2 p.m. The victim reportedly suffered from a head injury as a result of the fall.

Her identity has not been release and her condition is unknown.
