Wareham seniors excel at Upper Cape Tech
The top 10 Wareham students from Upper Cape Cod Regional Technical High School’s 2021 senior class have announced their future plans.
“The Upper Cape Tech graduating class of 2021 has shown resilience and determination in what has been an exceptionally difficult year,” said Principal Jim McCue. “We look forward to their continued success in their life endeavors.”
Here are the next steps for Upper Cape Tech’s star Wareham graduates:
• Joshua Alpert plans to study microelectronics engineering at the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York.
• Ezra Barboza plans to study mechanical engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts.
• Corinne DeAngelis plans to study geology and geological oceanography at the University of Rhode Island.
• Samantha Hunt plans to study business at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.
• Avarey Leconte plans to study nursing at the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
• Noah Marriott plans to study chemistry at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.
• Sophia Perry plans to study culinary arts at Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island.
• Samantha Scully plans to study mechanical engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts.
• Issac Smith plans to study nursing at Fitchburg State University in Massachusetts.
• Hailey Wilcox plans to study medical sonography at Nova Southeastern University in Florida.
