Wareham Connects will hold a free resource fair on Thursday, Oct. 12. The event will take place from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at 186 Onset Avenue, Onset.

Wareham Connects is a local coalition group dedicated to bringing the community together to prevent youth substance misuse. It invites local residents to come explore the substance misuse, behavioral health and housing resources their community has to offer. 

The fair will bring together local organizations dedicated to serving Wareham and surrounding areas to share resources, to distribute free swag and to get residents connected to resources for physical health, mental health, housing and more. There will be food trucks (some with free food options), a live band, lawn games and more. 

People can register by going to Wareham Connects’ Facebook page and clicking on the event, or by going to Eventbrite and searching Wareham Connects Resource Fair. Registration is not mandatory but is appreciated.
