Teens can learn face painting at the Wareham Free Library
The Wareham Free Library is looking for teen volunteers entering grades 7 through 12 to attend a free face painting workshop on Tuesday, June 19 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The teens will then share their new skill with children at the library's summer reading kick-off event featuring a flag raising and storytelling and songs by Davis Bates and Roger Tincknell on June 26 from 11 a.m. to 12 noon.
Professional makeup artist Nikki Pierce of Makeup Artistry by Nikki Pierce will volunteer her time to train the library's teen volunteers and supervise their work.
Teen volunteers must be available for the June 19 training session and from 10 a.m. to 12 noon on June 26.
