Police arrested 49 year old Pocasset resident Nathaniel Bagge outside of the seven eleven located at 3106 Cranberry Highway in Wareham Saturday, Sept. 28.

Bagge was found to be in possession of 200 pills, and police suspected he had cocaine as well. Bagge was also in possession of over $9,000.

The arrest came after police were notified of an erratic operator on Cranberry Highway and were given a vehicle description and a license plate by a concerned citizen.

Bagge was arrested without incident and charged with three counts of possession with the intent to distribute class B, according to a press release from the Wareham Police Department.

Bagge was released on bail and will be arraigned at the Wareham District Court on Monday September 30.
