Lauretta Pelletier
It is with profound sadness and deep sorrow that the family of Lauretta Pelletier (nee Bourne) announce her sudden passing on October 21, 2024.
Lauretta will be lovingly and eternally remembered by her partner and the love of her life for 15+ years Mark Sakowich, daughters Erika Vamosi and Renee Pelletier, grandchildren Ashlynn and Mason, previous husband George Pelletier, parents Janet and David Wakefield, siblings Lynette Schultz, Raymond Bourne, and Lorena O'Brien, her nephews and niece, and numerous other family members and friends.

Lauretta loved the beach, whether it was to bask in the sunshine, read a book, or just be at the ocean. She enjoyed spending time with Mark, family, and friends, many of whom were longtime friends and coworkers. She had a huge heart, a big personality, a wonderful sense of humor, an infectious laugh, and a beautiful smile that lit up any space in which she was present.
Lauretta loved her time with family, especially her children and grandchildren, at dinners, cookouts, holidays, and celebrations, or at home with Mark at the fire pit, taking drives, going on adventures, enjoying meals together, and relaxing. She loved going to lunch or coffee with Mark, family, or friends to catch up and talk about books, movies, and food, and thoroughly enjoyed sharing recipes, and finding special candles or gifts for loved ones.
Lauretta was loved and cherished by a countless number of people. She will be deeply missed by all who are blessed to have known her.
