claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real property in Wareham, numbered 50 Avenue A, given by Robert J. Mari to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Primelending, A Plainscapital Company, its successors and assigns, dated June 30, 2015, and recorded in Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 45739, Page 60, and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant’s/Defendants’ Servicemembers status.
If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. If you object to a foreclosure of the above-mentioned property on that basis, then you or your attorney must file a written appearance and answer in this court at Three Pemberton Square, Boston, MA 02108 on or before 1/06/2025 or you may lose the opportunity to challenge the foreclosure on the ground of noncompliance with the Act.

401 Water Quality Certification Application Public Notice
Pursuant to 33.U.S.C.1341 and MGL c21 §43, notice is hereby given of a 401 Water Quality Certification (WQC) application for the Wareham Harbor Federal Navigation Project Maintenance Dredging Project in Wareham, Massachusetts by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), New England District, 696 Virginia Road, Concord, MA 01742.
The USACE is proposing to dredge approximately 58,000 cubic yards (cy) of silt and some sand from shoaled areas within the 9-foot mean lower low water (MLLW) deep channel of the Wareham Harbor Federal Navigation Project (FNP). The project will be mechanically dredged to the authorized depth of -9 feet MLLW plus allowable overdepth of one foot. The silty dredged material will be placed at Cape Cod Bay Disposal Site (CCBDS). CCBDS is located approximately 31 nautical miles from the project site. A small amount of sandy material (approximately 600 cy) will be placed at Church’s Beach Nearshore Placement Site (CBNPS) off Cuttyhunk Island, Gosnold, Massachusetts. Dredging will take approximately three to four months to complete with 24/7 operations (working 24 hours per day and 7 days per week). Placement at CCBDS will be limited to a period between September 15 and December 31, while placement at CBNPS will be limited to a period between September 15 and January 15 of the year(s) in which funding becomes available.

within 21 days of this notice. The Department will consider all written comments on this 401 WQC Application received by the Public Comments Deadline.
Any group of ten persons of the Commonwealth, any aggrieved person, or any government body or private organization with a mandate to protect the environment that has submitted written comments may also appeal the Department’s Certification and that failure to submit comments before the end of public comment period may result in the waiver of any right to an adjudicatory hearing.
