On Saturday evening April 30th from 6pm to 8pm Martha Smith, owner of Sail Away Studio & Boutique on Main Street in Wareham, hosted a Private Invitation Only Shopping Party & Champagne Extravaganza at her Boutique. Local women in the community gathered for a girls night out. Some of the attendees included Jackie Lindsey, Event Coordinator of the annual Swan Festival and of the Wareham Village Association, Sue Bellwether, a Reiki Master and Medium, Anne Eisenmenger, Publisher of this wonderful Wareham Week newspaper and myself, Dawn Hand of Clean2Green and Project Halo accompanied by alot of our friends who came as well. It was a fun night of mingling with other women who share a common interest, we all like to shop! Martha supplied us with yummy and very tasteful hor's devours, champagne, wine and water to quinch our thirsts. The evening was enhanced  by Sue Bellwether facilitating some readings for a few of the women. The room was filled with excitement as Sue returned from each of her readings. At the end of the evening there was not a dry eye in the place. Let me just say this, if you are not a believer, you would have been after that night at the Sail Away Studio.

It's always nice to get out for the night with a group of friends and just have some fun! Think of it as Shopping Therapy. We all need to spend more time with our friends, that's for sure. If you ever have a desire for a fun shopping experience, stop by the Sail Away, you won't be disappointed.
