Heather Ferreira, FNP-C|Family Medicine
Heather Ferreira, FNP-C earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, KY. She now joins Southcoast Health Family Medicine seeing patients in Wareham, providing care for individuals and families.
Shannon Houlihan, FNP-C|Internal Medicine
Shannon Houlihan, FNP-C earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Regis College of Nursing in Weston, MA. She now joins Southcoast Health Internal Medicine, caring for patients in Fall River, focusing on care for adult patients.
Together, both specialties play a vital role in ensuring patients receive personalized, continuous care at every stage of life.
