He was a hardworking devoted husband, father and grandfather. He loved building houses and working on his cars and enjoyed cookouts and family time with his grandchildren and great grandkids. He would always help anyone, in any way.

He leaves behind his living wife of 53 years, Gail Staab, and two children, Michael Staab and his significant other Sharon Avery, and Kelly Grace and her significant other, Sean Russell, and his sister Katherine Prada. Along with his grandchildren, Ashley Staab, Shane Staab, Jason Houle, Alexis Staab, Coery Grace, Seth Grace, Sirius Donavan and his great grandchildren Kali Staab, Thomas Houle, Noelle Dennis and many nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his mother Evalyn May Staab (Maynard) and his father Arthur Joseph Staab Sr.
