Auditions for Cape Idol get underway
Auditions for Cape Idol will be held at Bridgeview Montessori School, located at 885 Sandwich Road in Sagamore on Friday, March 4 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Bridgeview Montessori School is auditioning solo vocal performers to find 12 contestants to take part in a Cape Idol competition to be held on May 1. Six contestants will be selected in a 12-year-old and younger category, and six contestants will be selected in a 13-year-old through adult category.
Those individuals interested in auditioning for either category should come to the auditions prepared to sing a two minute piece appropriate for an audience comprised of adults and children. Those auditioning will sing without musical accompaniment (a cappella). The order of audition will be decided on a first come, first heard basis.
