The Wareham Board of Health is now accepting landlord applications for 2016.

The deadline to submit applications is January 31, 2016. The Board adopted a rental property regulation on September 4, 2013, in order to protect the safety, health and environment of both the occupant(s) of rental housing units and the general public. Landlords are required to register with the Wareham Board of Health.

Applications and rental regulations may be accessed on the Board of Health website at ww.wareham.ma.us or the office of the Board of Health.

There will be an annual fee of $100 for a certificate of registration. The fee for any additional units rented by the same owner at the same address will be $25 per unit.
