Box 5 Association will hold their second annual charity golf tournament on October 2, 2010 at the Bay Pointe Country Club.

The tournament starts at 1 p.m. with a shotgun start.  The cost is $100 per player and includes 18 holes of golf with cart, a shirt, a gift bag, and a banquet meal. There will also be a silent auction, a live auction, 50/50 raffle, on-course contests and more and prizes/items include lobsters, gift cards, tatooing, a Maui vacation and dinners...even a 2011 GMC 2500 crew cab!

Hole sponsorship is available for $100.  Premium hole sponsorship is available for $200. Cart sponsorship is available for $500. Banquet and shirt sponsorships are available for $1000 each. Tournament sponsorship is available for $2500.
