The Wareham Community & Economic Development Authority (CEDA) is offering 3% interest home rehabilitation grants up to $30,000 to homeowners who live in designated areas and meet state income guidelines.

Qualified homeowners may use the program to upgrade plumbing, septic systems, wells, heating and electrical systems, carpentry, insulation, roofing, to make handicap improvements, and more. CEDA will assist homeowners in determining the scope of work needed.
