Food, music, friends and the onset of spring, what's not to love?

The Council on Aging is hosting a St.Patrick's Day party in the Town Multi-Service Center on March 17. Celebrate the Irish holiday with a traditional corned beef and cabbage feast, music, and dancing to DJ Jimmy Brito. Meet old friends and make some new ones. There will also be a raffle.

You need to reserve a space for lunch by a couple days in advance so meals can be ordered. Lunch is a donation of $2.50.

The Multi-Service Center is located at 48 Marion Road, Wareham. The event is sponsored by the COA, the Friends of Wareham's Elderly and Old Colony Elderly Services. The celebration starts at 11 a.m. Call Cheryl at 508-291-3100 x6514 to reserve a space.
