On Saturday, Dec. 7, a cornhole tournament and fundraiser will support “Chrissy’s Fight to Breathe."

Chris Perry Jr., 16, was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis when he was only three days old and is now in need of a lung transplant. The fundraiser will help offset expenses associated with traveling back and forth to North Carolina where Perry has a chance of getting a transplant. 

The event will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. at Stone Path Malt on 11 Kendrick Rd., Wareham. 

Admission is $35 per player adult and $70 per team. Tickets include food and entry into raffles.

Event organizers are still looking for sponsors for additional cornhole boards. For $250, the sponsor’s logo will go on the set and the boards, which the sponsor will be able to take home or leave to be raffled off after the event. Contact Mary at 774-521-5689 if interested.
