Wareham Crossing will host its annual Holiday Happenings event on Saturday, December 15, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Wareham Police Department will be at Target from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., working to "stuff a cruiser" full of toys, which will be donated to the Dick Melloni Youth Foundation.

Toys are also being collected at various businesses, including Coastal Orthodontics, Cosi, Elements, and Old Navy.

Radio 92.9 will hold an acoustic holiday performance in front of the lighthouse, between Wines & More and Cosi. The station will also be offering chances to win a $500 shopping spree.

Lowes' Winter Wonderland will have Santa on hand to listen to Christmas wishes from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Parents are encouraged bring their own camera for pictures with Santa.

Other activities include horse-drawn carriage rides, holiday crafts, face-painting, raffles, and plenty of hot cocoa and holiday treats.
