Decas Christmas Fair helps parents help children

Homemade ornaments, tupperware, soaps, superhero artwork -- "variety" was an understatement for the goods sold at the 8th annual Holiday Fair at the John W. Decas Elementary School on Saturday.
Hosted by the Wareham Elementary Parent Teacher Association, the fair started at 9 a.m. and finished with a basket raffle drawing at 2:30 p.m.
Pictures with Santa, a reading of the Polar Express, and a performance by dancers from Kaleidoscope were among the activities offered alongside games for children.
