Dorothy A. Sellars, 80
Dorothy A. (Tucker) Sellars, 80, died Monday, Dec. 30, at her home in E. Wareham unexpectedly. She was the wife of the late Henry A. Sellars.
Born in Stoughton, she was the daughter of the late John H. & Mary (Barry) Tucker. A longtime resident of Parkwood Beach in Wareham, she has lived in Mogan’s Trailer Park for the last nine years.
Sellars was formerly employed for New England Telephone. She also worked as a waitress for many years at the former Bob’s Sea Grille in Buzzards Bay and The Coffee Shop in Wareham.
She is survived by her son, Wayne H. Sellars and his longtime partner Pamela O’Donnell of Onset; her sisters, Anne Andrews of Taunton, Jeanne Eagles of Stoughton, Betty Switzer of N. Easton and Virginia St. Germaine of Oxford; her grandchildren, Jessica N. Sellars, Henry J. Sellars and his fiancé Michelle Domingues all of Wareham; her great grandchildren, Arianna Jean Sellars and Daivian Truell and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, the late Mary Conolly.
Her funeral service will be held on Tues., Jan. 7 at the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Highway (Rt. 28), Wareham at 10 a.m.. Interment will be in Agawam Cemetery, Wareham. Visiting hours will be Monday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
