The Friends of the Wareham Free Library will hold its August used book sale on Friday, August 24, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and on Saturday, August 25, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Wareham library, located at 59 Marion Road.

Gently-used books for all ages and in all genres will be available to purchase at "bargain" prices, organizers said.

The proceeds benefit the Friends of the Wareham Free Library, which purchases materials and funds programming at both the Wareham library and the Spinney Memorial Library in Onset.
