Gatemen break losing streak Sunday, can't keep momentum

Jun 26, 2013

The Wareham Gatemen ended a six-game losing streak after a 3-1 win against the Brewster Whitecaps at home on Sunday, June 23.

But on Monday, the Whitecaps got back at the Gatemen with a 6-4 win in Brewster.

The Gatemen then fell to Cotuit at home on Tuesday, with a score of 9-2.

The Gatemen have had a tough time getting going, with players sporadically returning from the College World Series. The team has won just two games total this season.
