George W. Victoria Jr., 50

George W. Victoria Jr., 50, of West Wareham, formerly of North Easton, passed away August 2. George is the husband of Julianne (Jones) Victoria of West Wareham.

He was born in Norwood, Mass., the son of George and Audrean (Kervin) Victoria Sr. of Florida. He attended North Easton Public Schools.

A builder and craftsman by trade, George owned and operated G. Victoria Carpentry. A Communicant of Saint Patrick’s Church in Wareham, George also enjoyed scuba diving, camping, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, cycling, and he was a avid Harley Davidson enthusiast.

In addition to his wife and parents, George is survived by his children, George W. Victoria III and his wife Christina of Holden, Gregory Victoria and his wife Andrea of Rochester, James T. Victoria of West Wareham, and Brittany B. Victoria of West Wareham. He is the brother of Jeffrey T. Victoria of Fla. and Yudoria Hicks and her husband William of Taunton. He is the grandfather of Grace Victoria and George W. Victoria IV. George is the son-in-law of Jean and Walter MacDonald of Wareham and John and Carol Jones of East Bridgewater, and grandson-in-law of Katherine Manley of Randolph. He is the brother of the late James T. Victoria. George is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

His funeral will be held Wednesday, August 8, at 9:15 a.m. from the Wareham Village Funeral Home, 5 Center Street, Wareham. His Funeral Mass will follow 10 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Church, 82 High Street, Wareham. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, August 7, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Interment will follow in Saint Patrick’s Cemetery, Tihonet Road, Wareham.  For online guestbook, visit warehamvillagefuneralhome.com.
