Dog licenses, transfer station stickers, and beach parking stickers for 2020 are now on sale.

Dog licenses will be available at the Town Clerk’s office.

All dogs in Wareham must be licensed. A valid rabies certificate is required for licensing. For spayed or neutered dogs, a license costs $10, and a license for intact dogs costs $13. A dog license form will be attached to the bottom of the census or can be obtained at the Town Clerk’s office. The office is open on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:15 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Tuesdays from 8:15 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Transfer station and beach parking stickers for 2020 are on sale at the Department of Natural Resources, located in the Multi Service Center, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Transfer station stickers cost $40, or $20 for seniors, with stickers for second cars priced at $10. These stickers are required for entrance to the Benson Brook and Rte. 28 transfer stations. Beach parking stickers are sold separately, and cost $15 or $5 for seniors.
