Turning Point of Wareham’s Taste of Our Town fundraiser is returning for the third consecutive year to benefit the nonprofit’s mission of helping people experiencing homelessness across the South Coast.

Restaurants and food trucks from the area will head to the Wareham-new Bedford Elks Lodge at 2855 Cranberry Highway, Monday Sept. 15 from 5 to 7 p.m. and dish out samples of what they have to offer.

Featured restaurants will include Narrow’s Crossing, Towne Tavern, GLO Barbecue run by Wareham’s own Orlarndo Vieira and many more.

Tickets for the event will be sold at the door and there will be raffles, a cash bar and live music.
