Harp-e diem at the library

The Wareham Free Library has pulled a few strings for another fall concert.

Ireland native, 'Aine Minogue, will be showing off her musical talents Monday, Dec. 8 at 7 p.m. at the Wareham Free Library, 59 Marion Road. 

A singer and harpist, Minogue focuses heavily on  themes like birth, union, pilgrimage and even death. These concept albums and song cycles embrace poetry, mythology and folklore, taking ancient melodies and ideas and wrapping them in new musical formats for modern ears.

The program is free for all to enjoy, no regisration required.
