John Everett “Jack” Chisholm Jr., 73, of East Wareham, passed away Thursday, June 9, at home.

Born in Antigonish, Nova Scotia he is the son of the late John E and Florence M. Chisholm. He is the husband of Barbara R. (Corbet) Chisholm of East Wareham.

He was a USMC Veteran and late member of the Wareham Lodge of Elks 1548, Sandwich American Legion Post 188 and Local 275 Carpenters Union. Jack enjoyed his family and friends and tending bar.

He is the father of John E. Chisholm III, Ronald S. Chisholm, and Bruce D. Chisholm. He is the stepfather of Mario Lanza, Beverly Blaine, Robert Lanza, and Louise Davis.

Chisholm is the brother of Catherine Ingermanson, James Chisholm Raymond Chisholm, Anne Hagen, Robert Chisholm, and Randolph Chisholm.

He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, many loving relatives and friends, and his former wife Marilyn (Wechsler) of Stoughton. He is the stepfather of the late Christine Benoit and brother of the late Jean Turner.
