By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Linda Tannahill to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Rockland Trust Company, dated May 20, 2010 and recorded in the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 38559, Page 231, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder, by assignment from:

Said premises herein conveyed are shown thereon as Lot 1 and the Westerly part of Lot 2.
The above described premises are conveyed together with all our interest to the land which lies between the Northeasterly boundary line and the Southwesterly boundary line of the premises herein conveyed extended to Sunset Cove.
