REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The Town of Wareham is seeking qualifications statements from qualified engineering and related services firms to determine the alternatives and impacts associated with removal of the dam or some portion of the dam.

Specifications may be obtained by contacting the Wareham Planning and Community Development office as of July 12, 2021 or on the Town’s website at https://www.wareham.ma.us/bids-rfps.

Selected firms are invited to provide their qualifications and indicating their approach to applying a range of engineering and technical services to the project. Proposals are due by 4:00 P.M., Thursday, August 19, 2021 to:

Package should be labeled as “Parker Mills Dam Consulting Services” and include two [2] signed paper copies and one digital copy on a thumb drive.

SEALED PROPOSALS for the LEASING of 4 Recovery Road (the “premises”) in Wareham MA, shall be received at the offices of the Wareham Redevelopment Authority (WRA), Memorial Town Hall, 54 Marion Road, Wareham, MA 02571, until 2:00 PM, on Thursday, August 19, 2021. Proposals must be made in a sealed envelope clearly marked “4 Recovery Road LEASE PROPOSAL.”
