Leo Joseph Miller, born in Herkimer, New York on May 7, 1928, a former resident of Wareham, died on February 12.

He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Barbara Ann; three sons, Mark and wife Becky, Dennis and wife Jyll and Patrick; three granddaughters, Meredith, Rachel and Alyssa, and two grandsons Justin and Erik.

Leo served his country in the Army Air Corps, was a master wood carver, member of the Cape Cod Carvers, accomplished skier, and National Ski Patrol Member No. 3633.

He was an avid family historian and loved baking bread, which he taught at the Wareham Senior Center.

A memorial service was held at the Prince of Peace Catholic Community followed by Internment at the Houston National Cemetery in Houston, Texas on February 16.
