Wareham kids will perform with the South Coast Children’s Chorus, a choir of over 50 students from schools throughout southeastern Massachusetts, at the First Unitarian Church in New Bedford, 71 Eighth Street, on Thursday, June 8 at 6:30 p.m.

The concert, “From the Islands with Love,” will feature songs from island cultures throughout the world, including Cape Verde, the Caribbean and Newfoundland. 

New Bedford’s own Candida Rose, a Cape Verdean musician, will perform her song “Love Each Other Through” with the choir. 

The concert is free, but donations are accepted.
