Lowe's celebrates customer service with a customer's service

Wareham Lowe’s employees celebrated achieving customer-service goals with a cake from one of their favorite customers, Lil Ferreira of Wareham’s Cakes by Lil.

The store received the second highest rating in the district for customer focus, a score that was helped by three perfect scores from “mystery shoppers” who evaluated the employee attentiveness, professionalism, and helpfulness.

“Every employee succeeded in their goals, and Lil just happened to ask if anybody needed a cake,” said Zone Manager Eric Whitcomb, who said that his staff has enjoyed food from Lil in the past.  “It was excellent.”
