Maryaloha C. (Porter) Brackett, 82, of Wareham, died January 6 in Tobey Hospital. She was the widow of the late Leonard Brackett and the daughter of the late Urban C. and Mabel (Trant) Porter.

She was born in Wareham and lived there all of her life.

Mrs. Brackett worked at Eagle Auto Parts in Buzzards Bay for many years before retiring.

She enjoyed sewing, quilting and attending roller skating events with her granddaughter.

Survivors include two sons, Glenn Brackett of Buzzards Bay and Sean Brackett of Lynchburg, Virginia; a granddaughter, Heather Brackett of Plymouth.

Her memorial service will be held at noon on Wednesday, January 14 in Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Hwy., Wareham. Burial will follow in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
