Meet Trenni (Kusnierek) Casey, an on-air sports journalist for NBC Sports Boston/NBC 10, at this virtual event made available for residents through the Wareham Free Library.

The event was put together by the Ashland Public Library and will take place on Thursday, Sept. 28 at 10 a.m. via Zoom.

Trenni will discuss how she got to where she is, what it takes to be a sportscaster in New England, especially as a woman, and the current state of Boston sports.

Attendees are encouraged to bring questions.
