Oakdale and Cromesett betterment costs to be discussed at July 14 meeting
A meeting to discuss the betterment costs and procedures for the Oakdale and Cromesett neighborhoods will be held on Saturday, July 14 at 10 a.m. at the Town Hall Auditorium.
Residents are encouraged to ask any and all questions they may have regarding project costs and procedures. The final cost for the betterment has been calculated at $21,434.42.
A representative from the CDM engineering firm, directors of the Water Pollution Control Facility and Municipal Maintenance, Attorney Marc Deshaises, the Selectmen and the Town Administrator will also be in attendance.
The Agenda for the meeting is as follows.
First, a breakdown of the costs of the project will be presented, followed by a presentation of the betterment.
An explanation of tie-in expectations will come next, followed by a presentation of pump station turn over to the town.
A question and answer session will come last followed by a wrap up of the meeting by the Selectmen.
