The Buzzards Bay Rowing Club of Fairhaven will be hosting the “Onset Open Water Rowing Challenge” on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Onset Beach. A captains’ meeting will be held at 9:00 AM, and the race will start at 10:00 AM. All kayaks, canoes, rowboats, gigs and whaleboats are invited. The race starts at Onset Beach, around Wickets Island, proceeds to the entrance of the canal and back to Onset Beach. Race course approximately 3 miles.
